Therapeutic Rates for Self Pay Only Counseling Services.

• TeleMental Health – Self Pay  $100.00 per session
• In-Home/ Facility/ Business Counseling and Consultation Services – Self pay-  start at $150.00.

Group Sessions: please see counselor for rates. Counseling Assistance: based on financial need only.
Must show proof of income and other economic hardship requirements.

Initial Individual Session $150.00 Each Additional sessions=$100.00 Initial Couples/Family Session=$100.00 Each Addt’l sessions=$150.00		Initial Individual Session=$120.00 Each Additional sessions=$75.00 Initial Couple/Family Session=$150.00 Each Additional sessions=$100.00
Insurances: In Network Benefits can be used: • Aetna • Value Options • Cigna • AmeriGroup • Tricare • Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Out of Network can be used if available
• UBH
• Humana South

All other insurance can be billed if mental health coverage is available. Please see counselor or call business office for insurance verification’s of benefits.
